Vintage antique Brunswick Regina pool table 1930s Art Deco billiard mid century
Full regulation size table. 9ft table , 50×100 play surface , call it what you like. Table is currently disassembled. Base, side trim boards and all but the top end rails are in great shape and were professionally refinished about 15 years ago. Beautiful ribbon striped mahogany, rosewood top rails. Has all ball return components. They and all underside components are painted light green indicating originals. There are many accessories , a vintage cue rack and old cues and set of balls that go with it. Picture with my finger indicating #1 is one of the older end rails, that has plugged old diamond markers as it was made from an old side rail. Picture #2 with me holding up 2 fingers is the old end rail with logo in poor condition. Picture #3 with me holding up 3 fingers is the table base of the table you are receiving to show its good condition. Pictures with #4 with me holding up 4 fingers is the rest of the rails(side rails) you are receiving to show its good condition. These also have round plugs and markers redrilled , its believed the table was a snooker table that was converted to pocket billiards. All other photos are from when the table was set up. Cloth in good shape if you just want to set it up, but I would consider recovering, someone drew lines with a sharpie for some special type of game. You could flip the cloth which is not ideal but I have flipped cloths in the past to get by till a recover and they play ok. Serial number is 5917 No one seems to know the numbering sceme from brunswick fully. I have years of vintage item and guitar knowledge, and its one of 2 things – 5 is the last digit of the of the year and 917 is the 917th table made that year. Meaning its a 1925 or 1935 cause that would fall in the years these were around, I think its 35 cause of the formed ball return tubes, older had wood troughs. Other case this is the 5917th regina or table brunswick made. Slates are currently in a warehouse on Long Island NY. Rest of the table is in Connrecticut – Danbury area. This is worth it in parts alone. The item “Vintage antique Brunswick Regina pool table 1930s Art Deco billiard mid century” is in sale since Wednesday, December 8, 2021.
