This is a standard 8′ Pool Table however the real dimensions side to side are 58.75″x102.75″, counting the metal brackets that stick out a bit. This table is 20+ years old however hasn’t had more then a few hours of playtime on it in the last 10 years. Has never been kept outside and has always been inside the house, which is smoke and pet free. There is some damages or stains on the “carpet” of the table however it plays just fine and with the right cleaning supplies you may could get the stains up. This is a VERY heavy table and will require some assembly. There is also a hook on the table to hang the racks on. The pool balls have yellowed and faded unfortunately, especially the 9 ball, however they still work perfectly fine and make that classic billiards noise when they clash.
